The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Roskilde, right on the main pedestrian street, offering a wonderful location for exploring the town center and its attractions. While the rooms were spacious and offered a view of the cathedral, some noise and lack of amenities like room service were drawbacks. The breakfast room was basic and lacked variety, but the friendly staff and quick resolution of issues added value to the stay.

The rooms had plenty of space to move around and had a handy desk/chair. Despite being clean and comfortable, the absence of room service and certain amenities like a fridge could be improved. The beds were very soft and located apart from each other, limiting comfort.
